A popular internal communication medium since 1997, the newsletter provides a two-way channel through which Management and the main departments can stay in constant touch with employees.
Every three months, some 20 pages keep everyone informed of company life and of the events that help forge and maintain social cohesion, while bringing a sense of fun and enjoyment. Features include:
- An editorial by our Chairman discussing specific topics: market trends, results, investments, technical issues, major developments, the mood of the moment, congratulations or areas of concern,
- Regular features such as the Press review and latest ideas from the Kaizen scheme,
- Special features on the environment, quality, etc,
- An illustrated report on events that have taken place during the quarter: work-related meetings, factory visits, trade shows, award ceremonies,
- And of course the new recruits who have come on-board, small ads, and some light relief …!
